Circa 1917 or 1918 Flagler Park Gathering in Okeechobee
Looking NW from the Raulerson Building at the intersection of present-day S Park Street and Fifth Ave.  The building to the right is the second location of the Bank of Okeechobee Building at the NW corner of N Park St and Fifth Ave. (current street names)

The gathering most probably was either for a Liberty Bond fund drive or the celebration of the end of WWI
